Seaside Escape

This holiday let is a three bedroom house in Broadstairs Kent. It is situated right across the road from the sea. Cross the road, down the steps and your feet are in the sand!

There is free off-street parking and Broadstairs is a five minute walk away with many events throughout the seasons -  www.visitthanet.co.uk

The house comprises of a double bedroom with its own private balcony over looking the sea.

The second room is a twin with a vanity sink unit and a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities with a partial view of the sea.

The third bedroom has bunk beds. There is also a travel cot available if required.

Downstairs has a very large reception room which has a dining area and lounge combined and off this is a separate kitchen. Both of these overlook a courtyard style back garden. Also, the garden has a small summer house, including power points.

There is a TV in every room and the house is WI FI connected.

All bedding, linen, towels, etc (excluding beach towels) are provided.

The costs:

July/ August (peak season)           £850 per week

April, May, June, Sept, Oct            £695 per week

Jan, Feb, March, Nov (off peak)    £595 per week

Festive Season                                £795 per week

Arrival time 3pm and departure time 11am on Saturdays.
